How to attend an AGM

BP and Shell | London 2026

Two major shareholder meetings are coming up — and this is where our strategy and your support translate into real influence. Did you know you can join us in person if you own shares in BP and/or Shell?

BP AGM 2026

Thursday 23 April 2026 11:00 BST
BP’s International Centre for Business and Technology (ICBT)
Chertsey Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 7LN, UK

Stocktitan

How to attend:

  1. Check your shareholder status. If you hold BP shares in your own name (registered shareholder), you should automatically receive a Notice of Meeting. If shares are held through a broker or nominee, contact them to request a Letter of Representation or to be appointed as a corporate representative.
  2. Register / confirm attendance. Check bp.com/agm for registration details. Bring proof of shareholding and ID on the day.
  3. Getting there. A free shuttle bus runs between Feltham train station and the bp ICBT venue (about 10–15 minutes). Feltham is approximately 30 minutes by train from London Waterloo. If you drive, park at Kempton Park Racecourse (Staines Road East, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AQ) and take the free AGM shuttle from there. Do not drive directly to bp ICBT — no parking is available on site.
  4. Vote. You can vote in advance via mybpshares.com or bp.com/evoting, or collect a poll card at registration on the day.

For both AGMs, the key is to act early: confirm your attendance route (direct or via nominee), read the Notice of Meeting, and vote in advance if you can’t guarantee being there in person.
