“The [Climate Action 100+] report makes it crystal clear that there is no single oil major with a good plan to decrease emissions this decade. They all have these great promises for 2050, long beyond their tenure. So, there is a lot of talk about 2050, but no concrete plans to decrease emissions in this decade. They all want to grow. […] If they continue to grow emissions, then net-zero by 2050 is an empty promise.”
